2 oz cooked lean steak diced (2 to 3)
1/2 cup potato already baked
1 cups diced fresh tomato (1 to 2)
white wine
minced onion and garlic to taste
Italian seasoning to taste (oregano basil, bay leaves, rosemary, marjoram)
Recipe
Pour wine in skillet and liberally sprinkle in minced onion and garlic. Heat over medium heat just until wine starts to bubble. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally. After tomatoes are cooked and much of the wine is absorbed, add potatoes and steak. Heat on medium until steak and potatoes are hot. Makes one portion of 2 oz protein C and 1/2 cup carb A
