Steak with Wine Sauce

1 pound boneless steak (beef fillet)
1 tablespoon oil if needed
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/3 cup red wine
1 teaspoon low sodium worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce or paste (low sodium)
Recipe
Pan-grill the steak on a frying pan coated with cooking spray until it's as done as you like; set it aside in a warm place. Do not rinse pan. Saute the garlic just until it begins to brown. Add the wine and scrape up all of the browned bits from the pan; add the Worcestershire sauce and the tomato paste or sauce; cook over very high heat until about 3 tbl. of liquid are left, and then pour the sauce over the steak. Serve immediately.
