    " This makes a great Type A lunch or dinner meal along with some salad or greens."

    List of Ingredients




    * 1 large onion chopped
    * 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    * 1/4 cup minced garlic
    * ground black pepper and red pepper to taste
    * 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
    * 1 cup chopped green onions
    * 1 cup parsley, chopped
    * black pepper, to taste
    * red pepper, to taste
    * 4 cups cooked rice

    Recipe



    Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic till they start to turn transparent. Add seasoning and mix well. Add meat and cook until it turns brown (not quite fully cooked but not raw). Add about 1 1/2 cups of water and let simmer on a low heat for about 10 to 15 min. stirring well to mix all ingredients. Add green onions and parsley; mix well. Then add rice a little at a time and mix well.
