List of Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 lb lean flank steak
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried mustard Recipe
Note: the key to this dish is to slice the meat thinly, otherwise it can be a bit tough.
Preheat broiler. Place flank steak in nonstick broiling pan. Sprinkle onion and garlic pwoders on top of steak. Broil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Can marinate in 1/2 cup sherry with 2 small minced garlic cloves and 1/4 tsp ground ginger before broiling.
