    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1-2 t. cayenne pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1-2 t.Mrs. Dash
    3 C. no salt diced tomatoes
    6 oz .no salt tomato paste
    1/2 t. oregano
    1/2 C. water
    veggies: 1 each green, yellow and red bell pepper, other veggies as desired
    4 cups rice (cooked)

    Brown meat, onion, garlic. Add tomatoes and mix well. Mix tomato paste with water; add to skillet and mix well. Add in veggies and rice; mix. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
