Lean Ground Beef Meatballs

List of Ingredients
* 1-1.25 lbs lean ground beef
* 2 oz (1/4 c) egg whites
* 2 tbsp dried onions
* 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1/2 tsp thyme
* 1/2 tsp parsley
* pepper to taste
* 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
* 14 1/2 oz can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drainedRecipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except lean ground beef in a large bowl, mix with a fork. Add lean ground beef and work all together with your hands. Spread evenly on a non-stick cookie sheet leaving 1/2" between meat and sides of cookie sheet. Score into meatballs about 1"x1" size for each meatball with spatula before baking. Bake for 1 hour, using a turkey baster to drain off excess liquid as meatballs cook.
