List of Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup green chilies, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon hot sauce
salt and pepper Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Make into Patties.
4. Cook in large skillet.
Lisa's notes to make plan friendly:
* Change ground beef to ground turkey.
* Eliminate salt
* Might need a little ground oatmeal and/or an egg white to act as a binder.
