1 1/4 pund extra lean ground beef
1 cup rolled oats
1 large onion, diced
1 cup shredded apples
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup egg substitute (or 1 egg white)
1 1/2 teaspoons low sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce Recipe
In a large bowl, combine the beef, oats, onions, apples, parsley, egg, Worcestershire, basil, oregano and hot pepper sacue. Coat a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray. Add themeat mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
