    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs lean ground chuck or sirloin (1 1/2 to 2)
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro (coriander leaves)
    2 Tbs finely chopped fresh mint
    1 Tb lime juice
    1 Tb finely chopped jalapeno pepper or to taste
    1 Tb finely chopped garlic
    1 tsp grated lime zest
    1 tsp grated ginger
    freshly ground pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all the burger ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently but thoroughly. Form into 3 oz patties and grill directly over hot coals to an internal temperature of 160F (70C).
