List of Ingredients
3/4 lb the leanest ground beef you can buy.
Mix together the beef with 3-4 tsp water
no salt steak seasoning, to taste
garlic powder, onion powder, to taste
dijon mustard, country style, about 2-3 tsp.

Line a small baking pan with non stick release Reynolds wrap.
mix the beef mixture well and form into 5 burgers.
Broil at 350* till it suits your taste ( I like mine medium rare )
Pour off any fat that forms in the pan and your left with 5--2 oz tasty burgers
THE WRAP
I use red leaf lettuce ( about 2-3 large leaves for a wrap )
spread the leaves with mustard, sliced tomato, thinly sliced red onion and then the burger...
Fold the lettuce leaf over the top of the burger and voilla, a veggie burger that's so tasty...
I made some guiltless french fries with it, substituting a small amt of water for the egg white.
