    Place small non-stick skillet on medium heat. Spray once with PAM and then wipe with a paper towel (to remove excess and to move it around a bit). In a bowl, mix egg whites, cinnamon and Splenda. Beat lightly. Pour into pan. While the eggs 'set up' , slice half of a banana into a bowl, add a little splenda and cinnamon and microwave for about 20 seconds. When the crepe begins to curl on the edges, flip and cook the other side. Slide onto a plate. Top with bananas, fold and voila! a fairly tasty breakfast. I've used strawberries and blueberries istead of the banana but I don't nuke them.
