    Breakfast in a Cup

    Double ingredients for 9 x 12 pan/ 12 squares

    List of Ingredients

    6 Cup non stick muffin tin or 9 x 12 pan
    6 oz, Egg whites (I use Egg Substitute)
    6 oz Turkey Sausage(From BMO recipe)small chunks
    3 C potatoes shredded/ or small hash browns(Omit if no carbs on your plan!)
    Onions: 1/2 cup chopped or powder to taste
    Garlic & Pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Prepare turkey sausage per BMO recipe brown in non stick pan in small chunks. Brown potatos as hash browns in non stick pan with onions and spices. Mix Eggs, sausage and potatoes and dish into muffin cups, bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until liquid is solid.
    I double this recipe and bake it in a 9 x 12 pan then cut it into 12 squares, for a type A breakfast, 2oz protein, & 1/2 carb. Anyone want no cars, just leave out the potato.
