* 1/2 cup short grain brown rice
* 1/2 cup millet, washed
* 1/2 cup barley, washed
* 8 cups water
* 2 apples, chopped (if allowed)
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp Splenda, if desired
Recipe
At night, rinse the inside of your crockpot with water. Add all ingredients and combine. Cook on low all night. In the morning, stir and serve with a splash of rice milk, if desired.
