1/4 cup uncooked oats
3 egg whites
thinly sliced, or chopped peppers,onions,tomatoes,a few slivers of leftover cooked chicken
.ceyenne pepper flakes.
(veggies can be prepared the night before)Recipe
1. put small 8" non stick pan on to heat 2. put egg whites and oats in blender 3. put veggies and meat into microwave for about 2 min( veggies still slightly crispy) 4. pour oats/eggwhites into hot pan. sprinkle with pepper flakes. cook ONLY until dry enough to turn DON'T BROWN, turn cook til dry. remove from pan fill with veggies and meat, roll. Good for a quick, portable breakfast.
