    Pancakes 2

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
    1 egg white
    1 pkt Splenda or other sweetener
    1/4 tsp pure almond extract
    1/4 tsp soy milk (to be used sparingly on program)
    1 tsp applesauce

    Recipe

    Process oatmeal in food processor to make flour. Mix flour and egg white together. Add sweetener, mix. Then add extract, soy milk and applesauce. Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes. Pour into non-stick pan, 1 tsp at a time, cooking as a pancake.
