Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Let stand 10-15 minutes, then cook like regular pancakes. If using an electric griddle, set temperature at 300 degrees. Use a little non-stick spray** if needed. Make the pancakes about 3 inches in diameter, they will hold together better. Makes 5-6 pancakes
