List of Ingredients
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Splenda
1/8 tsp maple extract
1/8 tsp butter extract
Recipe
Grind oatmeal into flour then combine all ingredients in a blender. Process on high until all ingredients are blended and a batter consistency is achieved.
Pour 1/2 the batter onto a 350 degree griddle or preheated non-stick skillet. Turn once air bubbles begin to form near edges and center of pancake. Remove from pan when center of pancake has risen.
Note from member bobbyinsocal: Sometimes I substitute banana or orange extract for the maple extract.
