    Preworkout Banana Pancakes

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
    2 egg whites
    1 pkg Splenda
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 banana
    a little cinnamon

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients in a food processing and process until smooth.  Let stand 10-15 minutes and then cook like regular pancakes.  If using an electric griddle reduced the temperature to 300 degrees from my usual 350.  I also used a little non-stick spray.  Also, make smaller pancakes since this recipe does not have the gluten required to hold together a large pancake.  I made mine about 3 inches in diameter.

    Once cooked, I topped with the remaining 1/2 banana sliced thin and enjoyed. The whole thing will be your breakfast protein, carb and fruit. Makes 5-6 pancakes
