Oats: Preworkout Peach Oatmeal

Pour 1/4 cup oatmeal in a microwaveable bowl. Add about 1/3 can of peaches. (Make sure the peaches are in juice with no added sugar!) I mix some of the juice with the oatmeal and add a little more water. Sprinkle on cinnamon and Splenda (sweetener) to taste. Microwave for about 1.5 - 2 minutes. Of course, you could use fresh peaches, or apples or bananas, whatever suits your taste!
