1/2 cup water
1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
brown sugar twin to taste
Recipe
Rinse the grains. Boil then simmer the quinoa in water and sugar twin for ten minutes Add the oats and fruit and simmer for another 15. Variations: try adding some vanilla, cinnamon, nut. yeast, etc. All measurements are approximate.
Measure out either 1/2 or 1 cup servings. 1 cup serving would equal 1 c. carb and 1/4 c. fruit A.
