2 egg whites (2 to 3)
1/4 c dry oats
cinnamon
Splenda
1 tbsp water
Recipe
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into preheated (on medium heat) non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with Pam and swirled until bottom of pan is covered. Wait until top of pancake is almost dry and slide onto plate and flip onto other side. If you're not going to eat it immediately place on saran wrap and roll it up and refrigerate. This will be thin and crepe-like.
