    List of Ingredients




    ~2/3 cup ground oats (3/4 cup dry oatmeal ground a little in your food processor or blender)
    ~2 Tblsp of dry cocoa
    ~2 Tsp. vanilla extract
    ~1 Tbsp baking powder (low sodium unless you aren't worrying about salt intake)
    ~6 egg whites
    ~2 Tbsp water
    ~1 1/2 Cup of Splenda

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together well and pour into a nonstick 8" cake pan (if you don't have a nonstick pan, you can spray LIGHTLY with PAM). Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It is done when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

    Serving size: Cut into 3 equal pieces (use scale if you need to). Each serving includes 2 oz. of protein and 1/4 cup of carb b (this would be 1/2 cup if cooked into regular oatmeal). This makes it perfect for meals 1, 3, or 5 for a type A female.
