    Cinnamon Rice Egg Fluff

    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup cooked cold rice
    cinnamon
    splenda to taste

    Recipe



    I used an egg beater and whipped the egg whites till firm, stiff, and added the cinnamon and splenda or artificial sweetener , then stirred gently in the 1/2 cup rice cold from the fridge. I sprayed a pan with pam, then put the stiff mixture in it, browned one side, turned heat way down put a glass lid on, watched it set up, then turned it over for a few min then slid to a plate
