    From member BMOS Dolores: I'm always on the lookout for a new pre-workout meal, and this one fills the bill! Not so sure how this will taste cold, but I can tell you that fresh from the sizzling hot pan is YUMMY!!

    List of Ingredients




    * 1/4 cup dry oatmeal
    * 2 egg whites
    * 1/2 cup of your favorite fresh fruit (I used blueberries and kiwi)

    * 1 teaspoon Torani Almond syrup

    Recipe



    First, place the 1/4 cup of whole oats in the Short Cup. With the Flat Blade, process for 10 seconds, or until oats are a fine flour. Add the egg whites and almond syrup to the short cup, blend until smooth, about 6 seconds. You may need to tap the cup to loosen the flour from the bottom. Pre heat a small, non-stick frying pan over medium heat. When pan is hot, pour 1/2 the mixture into the sizzling hot pan; be sure to spin pan so that liquid is evenly and thinly spread across the pan. Flip quickly after about 30 seconds of cooking. Cook on second side for another 30 seconds. Repeat process for remaining batter. Place fruit along one edge of the crepe and roll up. Enjoy! Note: I eat smaller portions for my pre-workout meal. Members may opt to increase both the oatmeal and fruit if desired.
