Modified Pancake Crepes

List of Ingredients
2 egg whites (2 to 3)
1/4 c dry oats
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tbsp. Splenda
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup Fruit of your choice (frozen raspberries/boysenberries with more Splenda) I ADDED THE FRUIT TO THE RECIPERecipe
Blend all ingredients (except fruit) in blender until smooth. Pour into preheated (on medium heat) non-stick Large skillet (sprayed with Pam) and swirled until bottom of pan is covered. Wait until top of pancake is almost dry and slide onto plate and flip onto other side. If you're not going to eat it immediately place on saran wrap and roll it up and refrigerate. This will be thin and crepe-like.
Thaw berries with Splenda and spread on center of crepe. Roll up burrito style. Eat with Fork. If you use bananas you can eat with your hands like a burrito.

This recipe is 1 serving of REGULAR meal 2 oz. protein, 1/2 cup carb, 1/2 cup fruit. If you are using it as a PWO then you must add ANOTHER 1/2 cup carb and 1/2 cup fruit.
