Oatmeal Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

List of Ingredients
· 1 1/2 cups of dry oatmeal
· 1 cup egg whites from a carton or 1/2 cup of real egg whites plus 1/2 cup of water
· 6 tbsp Splenda
· 3/4 tsp baking powder (get sodium free brand Featherweight)
· 1/2 tsp cinnamon
· 3/4 tsp maple extractRecipe
Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder or food processor. Put into blender or mixer and add egg whites from a carton or real egg whites mixed with water to make 1 cup of liquid, Splenda, baking powder, cinnamon and maple extract. Mix or blend on high until it makes a batter-like consistancy. Pour in 6 equal portions into heated non-stick skillet or electric skillet at 350° until edges begin to bubble. Turn and cook until done. Store unused pancakes in Ziploc bag and reheat in microwave for 15 seconds when ready to eat the next yummy treat!
