"Just thought I would post a quick breakfast recipe for you all..its only to be eaten pre-workout, but I have it a lot and really like it.."
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1-2 pkg splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 mushy banana
2 egg whites
a little waterRecipe
mix dry ingredients together till well mixed, add 2 egg whites. Mix together using a little water until mixture becomes oatmeal texture, mash banana and mix through..microwave 2 mins, stir and microwave another 1-2mins...enjoy!
