Oatmeal (per serving)
1 Cup of water
2/3 Cup of Old Fashioned Oats
¼ Tsp. Vanilla
1/8 Tsp. Almond flavoring
2 shakes of Cinnamon
¼ - ½ packet Sweet & Low

Okay, this is absolutely my favorite breakfast now-breakfast of true champions!!! Heat water in saucepan until it comes to a boil. Add Old Fashioned Oats. Allow to return to a boil and then turn off the heat. Allow oats to continue simmering until water is absorbed. Then add the good stuff (vanilla, almond flavoring, Sweet & Low and cinnamon to taste). Place in bowl with fruit and waa laa, you’ve got a great bowl of very healthy oatmeal! This really is tasty. The Old Fashioned Oats are supposed to be much better for us and I think they're wonderful.
