    Preworkout Banana Bread Waffles

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C raw oatmeal.. ground into flour ( Nappingcat uses a coffee grinder or blender, Susan used her mini Quisinart)
    2 egg whites
    1/2 mucky banana
    1 teaspoon butter-nut extract (Susan didn't have this so she used 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon)
    2 pkts splenda (Susan used 1 teaspoon Splenda)
    1/2 teaspoon salt free baking powder
    enough water to make a smooth flowing batter.

    Recipe



    BLEND until smooth.
    Pour onto a hot (use PAM) waffle iron.. cook till golden (Susan says they are done when the lid of iron comes up freely)

    Nappingcat like to make her *syrup* by heating up berries in the microwave until they make a runny mess.. then pour onto the hot waffles.
    Susan likes thawing 1/2 cup raspberries and boysenberries with Splenda, dipping waffle in and scooping berries on top of waffle. awesome.


    This is going to give you
    1 workout sized serving of carb (1 cup)
    1 workout sized serving of fruit (1cup) (if you use the extra fruit as topping)
    1 protein (eggwhites)
