Strawberry Pancakes

I take the Pizza crust recipie and double it (there's your extra carb and and all the protein)
I add a little splenda, and a little more water to make it a thinner consistency.
cook it in non stick skillet (it makes 2 pancakes)
Take 1 cup frozen strawberries and put in bowl. Sprinkle with Splenda and microwave for about 1 min 30 sec. Mash up the strawberries and put this on top of your pancakes!
This is sinfully delicious and it is totally OP!!! If you have it for lunch, you can eat some raw carrots before, while you are cooking the pancake and strawberries. Anyway that is what I do.
