2 egg whites
1/2 to 1 tsp. Splenda
good sprinkle cinnamonRecipe
Whip these together until light and airy.
Add 1/2 cup cooked rice. Mix well and microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes,
Mix in 1/2 crushed pineapple (the knid in its own juice). Microwave for another 30 to 45 seconds.
If you can't have carb for breakfast, you could eliminate the rice, or have it as a pre-workout meal, and add 1/2 slice banana.
