Turkey: 20 Minute Chili

List of Ingredients
2 large red onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 lbs. fresh gournd beef or turkey breast
1 (28 0z.) can or 2 (14 oz.) - no salt diced tomatoes
2/3 cup red wine
1 (14 oz.) can of no / low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped parsley (I have used dried, also – decrease amt accordingly)
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
4 tsp. Splenda
4 tsp. cumin (I used less – personal preference)
1 1/2 Tbsp. ground chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Recipe
Brown ground beef / turkey. Add onions, garlic, and pepper, and saute until almost cooked through. Add tomatoes and cook 3 more minutes. Add wine to the boiling mixture and cook 2 more minutes, or until the alcohol is cooked away. Add chicken broth, and all the spices. Cook 5 minutes more.
