Turkey: Chili, No Beans

Brown Ground Turkey
Add Seasonings to your taste:
Fennel, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin Powder or Seed, Celery Seed, Cayenne Pepper (more for spicey hot - less for just a peppery taste or use regular pepper if you aren't a spicey kind of person), Oregano, Spike Salt Free Seasoning or whatever other seasonings you like
Add 1 or 2 cans of no salt added tomatoes -Diced/cut up
Add 1 or 2 cans of no salt tomato sauce
2 or 3 stalks of celery
1 small onion diced
May need to add a little water
Cook til flavors are through the meat and it's hot
It's always better the next day! I eat as I would the 5 Alarm chili from the menu card - but prefer mine over theirs. If you wanted to add the beans you could. I just prefer mine without.
Do a taste test - if it needs more flavor keep seasoning until it is perfect for you! The fennel and cumin really help add a lot to chili regardless of how you make -
