    Turkey: Scooter's Turkey Chili

    Recipe Introduction

    "you have to use the seasonings to your taste. I never measure anything for it just do it. Add more of everything if you're making a big batch! Depends on how thick and how much you like all the ingredients!" Turkey Burger - 2 pounds
    Large Can (or 2-3 cans) of no salt tomatoe sauce
    Large Can (or 2-3 cans) of no salt tomatoes
    3 stalks of celery sliced/diced
    1 onion diced

    Brown Turkey Burger, add the following seasonings to taste:
    Cayenne Pepper or if you prefer Black Pepper (I use both)
    Chili Powder (Regular or Mexican)
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Cumin Powder or Seed
    Fennel Powder or Seed
    Spike Salt Free Seasoning
    I have also used Mrs. Dash garlic and Herb Seasoning when I can't find Spike but prefer Spike.
    Sometimes I'll put a tablespoon or so of salsa in as well. Optional.

    Add onion, tomatoes and tomato sauce and celery. Cook til desired doneness of your celery. We happen to like ours crunchy so it's not cooked til soft. Next day is good to reheat in microwave and celery is still crunchy.

    If you are a body type that can have beans as carbs, you can certainly add the beans to it.
