    Condiments: Mock Cranberry Sauce

    1 cup very cold unsweetened applesauce
    1 pkg. sugar free cranberry gelatin
    1 cup of water

    Recipe

    Bring water to a boil. Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in applesauce. Pour into 8 " pan. Chill until set
