1 lb tomatillos
1 tsp Jalapeno chiles
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Recipe
Remove husks from tomatillos. Arrange on a dish or paper towels and microwave on high, 2-3 minutes. Let cool. Once cool, put in blender, add remaining ingredients and blend until finely pureed.
