1/4 cup salt free ketchup (see recipe)
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
pinch each of basil and thyme
black pepper to taste
Recipe
Stir all ingredients together; adjust seasoning to your taste. Serve well chilled. Makes about 1/3 cup of sauce.
