List of Ingredients
3/4 C Dry white wine
1/4 C Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 C Dry mustard
1 tbsp Splenda
2-3 drops of hot sauce like Tabasco
Recipe
1. Combine Wine, onion, and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 5 minutes. Strain and discard solids.
2. Whisk wine into mustard in a small boil until well blended. Return to sauce pan; add honey and pepper sauce. Bring to boil and gently for 10 minutes to blend flavors and thicken slightly, stirring frequently. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 1 month.
