List of Ingredients
7 med. size tomatoes
1 29 oz can crushed tomatoes in puree
1 Anaheim pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 carrot
1 large sweet onion
1 bell pepper
1 whole garlic peeled and minced
1/2 - 3 tsp cayenne pepper (use more to make HOTTER)
3 tbl cilantro (optional)
10 1/2 pint mason jars
Recipe
Chop ingredients in blender or food processor 1/2 at a time until right consistancy. Pour into pot and bring to boil and turn off heat. Fill into HOT jars and adjust lids. Place in canner and boil 20 min. Cool to seal.
Can also freeze instead of can. Just pour ingredients from blender into freezer containers and freeze.
Keeping in frigerator only----->will only keep for 3 days. Best to can or freeze in serving portions and use as needed.
