    2 TBSP lemon juice
    2 TBSP lime juice
    1 TBSP white vinegar
    shredded lemon peel (optional)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or 1/2 tsp dried (we like dried)
    1 tsp salt free chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    Marinate 4-6 chicken breasts for an hour...grill or cook in skillet.
