Marinade: Mustard Marinade for Chicken

1 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
additional paprika if not used in mustard recipe


Recipe

Whisk together and pour over chicken strips, turn to coat. The chick will actually begin to cook in the vinegar - it will turn white on the outside. I marinated mine overnight. Grill or panfry.
