Salsa: Fresh Apricot Salsa

List of Ingredients
16 oz apricots, canned drained and chopped (recommend using fresh instead)
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1/4 cup Apricot preserves (fruit only, no sugar added)
1 med Tomato chopped
1 tbl fresh cilantro chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger finely minced
1/8 tsp CinnamonRecipe
Combine; mix well. chill until serving time. Makes 2 cups.
