Sauce: Black Peppercorn Sauce for Steaks

1/3 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, low salt
1 1/2 tablespoons soaked black peppercorns, drained Recipe
After cooking steak, remove it from pan and keep warm. Stir wine into skillet. Increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring constantly, until reduced by about 1/3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 1 minute or until hot. Serve over sliced steak.
