Sauce: Herbed Pepper Sauce

2 large sweet red peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/4 cuop low salt chicken stock
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried savory
Recipe
In a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat, cook the peppersand onions in 1/4 cup stock for about 10 minutes, or until soft. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add the remaining stock, oregano, baisl and savory. Cover and simmer for 10 mnutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the vegetables to a blender or food processor. Add enough liquid to facilitate blending. Puree to desired consistency. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
