    Sauce: Mike's Enchilada Sauce

    1 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced

    saute in a little water until soft and then add:

    1 large can no salt added tomatoe puree
    1 15 oz can no salt tomato sauce
    1 4oz can green chilies
    1 tsp splenda
    1 tsp cumin

    Let simmer. Add cooked chicken, or cook your chicken in your crock pot with this sauce.
