Sauce: Sauce for Rice Pasta

List of Ingredients
1 14 oz can no salt added DelMonte diced tomatoes
1 6 oz can no salt added Contadina tomato paste
Cut veggies of your choice, as much as you want to put in!
I use:
Mushroom
Zuchini
Carrot
Onion
Green Pepper
Garlic to taste
Italian Seasonings to taste
Protien of your choice
Rice Pasta
Recipe
Stir tomato paste and diced tomatoes together over low low heat. Cut up veggies that you wish to add, and stir in. Add the ones that take the longest to cook first. Stir in Italian seasonings and garlic to taste. Cook pasta and portion onto plate. Cut the protien of your choice into bite size chunks and place on top of pasta. Top with sauce.
I put a lot of veggies into the sauce so that I still get to enjoy a big pasta dinner, just with less pasta!
