1/2 cup pineapple
2 Tbsp mustard
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup water

Combine in a small, no stick skillet and simmer gently until cooked down to desired dip consistency. Great with chicken or pork. Can also cut your chick or pork into small chunks and quickly brown it in skillet, then pour dip mix in and simmer, then serve over rice for a yummy dish, just measure your protein, realizing that it will cook down a little, and count the 1/2 cup pineapple as a fruit (if you eat all of it)
