Seasoning: Homemade Taco Seasoning 3

1/4 cup dried minced onion
1/4 cup chili powder (salt free - see recipe)
1 tbsp dried minced garlic
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp beef boullion granules (Wyler's sodium free)
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Recipe
Mix together and grind into powder. Store in airtight container up to one year. This is very spicy.
Add to sodium free tomato sauce as topper (chicken, rice, potato)
Add to ground turkey breast (chili, meatloaf)
