List of Ingredients
4 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup lime juice, fresh
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped finely
1 clove minced garlic
2 small jalapenos, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon cayenne Recipe
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until finely chopped. Transfer to a storage container; cover and refrigerate. Alternatives: add 1 tsp dried rosemary; add 2 tsp of dried thyme to the original recipe. Yields about 1 cup.
