Chocolate Mousse

8 egg whites
2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
Sweetener to taste (5-6 packages)
optional: extracts (vanilla, rum flavor, mint, rasberry, etc.)Recipe
Whip up the egg whites until very stiff. I use pasteurized egg whites. Add the sweetener and keep whipping it up to blend it in. Now fold in the cocoa powder until uniform in color. Divide into 4 big cups and put into the fridge for a few hours.
If you feel that cocoa powder slows down your loss (which I haven't found to be true for me), you can make other flavors of mousse. You can add instant coffee granules instead of cocoa powder for coffee mousse. To have strawberry/rasberry/banana mousse- just puree the fruit you want and fold it into the egg whites instead of the cocoa powder.
